1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the wellness program, café and stay booking and payment services offered by JEJU 901 ("we") through jeju901.com, and the rights and obligations of JEJU 901 and its guests.

2. Services

We provide information, booking requests and online payment for meditation and yoga programs, our vegan café and our stay.

3. Bookings and payment

You may request a booking through the booking form or payment screen. A booking is confirmed once we have checked the schedule and number of guests and notified you.

Online payments are processed by Toss Payments in Korean won (KRW). Cards issued outside Korea may be subject to your card issuer's exchange rate and fees.

4. Guest responsibilities

Please provide accurate information when booking and do not use another person's details.

Please follow the house rules and safety guidance during programs and your stay. The stay is available to guests aged 13 and over.

5. Limitation of liability

If we cannot provide a service due to force majeure such as natural disasters or severe weather, we will offer a new date or a refund.

Unless caused by our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for harm arising from a guest's health condition or carelessness. Please tell us about any health concerns in advance.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved in the competent court under those laws.
