1. Information we collect

Required: name, email, phone number and booking details (program, date, number of guests)

For payments: order number, amount and payment method. Card details are handled by Toss Payments and are never stored by us.

Optional: any message you send with your request

2. How we use it

To confirm and guide your booking, process payments and refunds, answer inquiries and contact you about your visit.

3. Retention

We keep booking information for 1 year after your visit and then delete it. As required by Korean e-commerce law, contract and payment records are kept for 5 years and complaint records for 3 years.

4. Sharing and processors

Booking notification emails and data storage: our website's cloud service provider

We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

5. Your rights

You may ask at any time to view, correct or delete your information, or to stop its processing, and we will act without delay.
